Associates will typically have: a post-secondary degree (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree or equivalent) from a top-tier business or engineering university up to four years of work experience in industry/consulting international experience acquired through internships or study abroad excellent oral and written communication skills proven leadership and team experiences excellence in personal achievements, e.g., social organizations, personal endeavors, sports proficiency in the use of computer programs and tools, e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, databases business-level fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
