Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations assessing hormonal, urological, and sexual health concerns
- Design and monitor personalized TRT and hormone optimization protocols
- Order and interpret advanced lab testing to guide diagnosis and treatment
- Diagnose and manage urological conditions including BPH, ED, and male infertility
- Adjust treatment plans based on biomarkers, symptoms, and clinical outcomes
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and long term strategies supporting hormonal and urological health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA regulatory standards
Requirements
- Valid DHA license (Urologist)
- Demonstrated experience in testosterone replacement therapy and men's hormonal health management
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, ideally in the UAE
- Experience managing conditions such as hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, benign prostatic hyperplasia, male infertility, and andropause
- Confidence interpreting advanced diagnostics (hormonal panels, PSA, semen analysis, metabolic and cardiovascular risk markers)
- Functional or integrative medicine training a strong plus (IFM certification or equivalent)
- Familiarity with peptide therapy and regenerative treatments a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient centered approach

Job Description
- We are seeking a DHA licensed Urologist with expertise in men's hormonal health, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and sexual health.
- This role focuses on delivering personalized, root cause care to men experiencing hormonal decline, low testosterone, sexual health concerns, and age related metabolic changes.
- You will combine evidence based urological care with functional and longevity medicine principles.
Requirements
- Valid DHA license (Urologist)
- Demonstrated experience in testosterone replacement therapy and men's hormonal health management
- Functional or integrative medicine training a strong plus (IFM certification or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, ideally in the UAE
