About the Role
Duoo Interiors is seeking a Senior Interior Designer fluent in Arabic and English to lead residential and commercial projects in Dubai. You will manage design from concept to execution, including space planning, FF&E selection, and team supervision.

Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from initial concept through detailed design and execution, including space planning, design development, and coordination with architecture and construction teams
- Prepare and review construction drawings, select FF&E, and present design proposals to clients
- Supervise junior designers, ensuring design standards are met
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Contribute to design strategies, client communication, and quality control throughout all phases of the project
Requirements
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience leading complex residential and commercial projects
- Solid understanding of Architecture and construction processes, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation
- Hands on experience with FF&E selection, specifications, and coordination with vendors and suppliers
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Advanced skills in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of senior level design experience
- Strong project management, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the United Arab Emirates
