Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office administration including managing documentation, coordinating office supplies and services, and maintaining organized records
- Handle HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee records management
- Help implement company policies, support performance management processes, and address employee queries
- Coordinate with management and project teams to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with local regulations
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills including document management, record keeping, and office coordination
- Experience in HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll assistance, and attendance management
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic HR or ERP software
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations in the United Arab Emirates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an interiors, construction, or design related company is preferred
