Role Description

  • Oversee day to day office administration, including managing documentation, coordinating office supplies and services, and maintaining organized records.
  • Handle HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Help implement company policies, support performance management processes, and address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with management and project teams to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including document management, record keeping, and office coordination.
  • Experience in HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll assistance, and attendance management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic HR or ERP software.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in an interiors, construction, or design related company is preferred.
