Job Opening – Health & Safety Trainer
Dubai-based Occupational Health & Safety Training Company is looking for an experienced and passionate Health & Safety Trainer to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Trainer
NEBOSH certified (mandatory)
Additional international safety qualifications and approvals will be an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in delivering occupational health & safety training programs

Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational health & safety training programs for workers, supervisors, and management staff
- Conduct classroom, practical, and site-based safety training sessions as per UAE and international standards
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and practical demonstrations
- Ensure all training sessions are conducted in an engaging, professional, and interactive manner
- Evaluate trainees through written tests, practical assessments, and feedback sessions
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, and reports
- Provide guidance on workplace safety practices, hazard identification, and risk control measures
- Stay updated with the latest occupational health & safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices
- Support the company in obtaining and maintaining training approvals, accreditations, and certifications
- Coordinate with clients and management to schedule and customize training programs as per requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, emergency response training, fire safety training, and other HSE-related programs
- Promote a positive safety culture and professional learning environment within the organization
- Ensure compliance with UAE occupational health & safety requirements and company policies
