About the Role
Leading Edge Group seeks an experienced Lean Black Belt Trainer and Consultant for a 3-4 month contract in the UAE starting August 2026. The role requires 15+ years of Lean/Six Sigma experience and a Black Belt qualification to design and deliver training and lead process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Lean training programmes for leaders, managers, and operational teams
- Coach and mentor teams in the practical application of Lean tools and methods
- Lead end to end process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Conduct current state assessments, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and future state design
- Support practical, sustainable performance improvement
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification
- 15+ years' experience in Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement
- Previous experience working in the UAE and/or wider Middle East region
- Proven experience designing and delivering Lean training programmes for leaders, managers, and operational teams
- Ability to coach and mentor teams in the practical application of Lean tools and methods
- Experience leading end to end process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Strong background in identifying waste, improving flow, reducing variation, and increasing operational efficiency
- Ability to conduct current state assessments, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and future state design
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, SIPOC, standard work, visual management, A3 problem solving, and process mapping
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and change management skills
- Experience working across multicultural and fast paced environments
- Ability to build credibility quickly, work independently, and deliver impact within a short contract period

- We are looking for an experienced Lean Black Belt Trainer and Consultant for a 3 to 4 month contract, starting August 2026.
