Role Overview
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2.
The programme aims to support inclusive, smart, clean, safe, secure, resilient, and sustainable transport and cities in partner countries.
The contract is expected to start in January 2027 and run for 48 months.
Experts may be mobilised for short-term technical assistance assignments globally, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia and the Pacific.
NTU is seeking experienced professionals across urban development, planning, infrastructure, and sustainability disciplines for an Urban Development Experts Talent Pool.

Programme Overview
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2.

NTU is seeking experienced professionals across urban development, planning, infrastructure, and sustainability disciplines for an Urban Development Experts Talent Pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification, preparation, appraisal, and implementation of sustainable urban development projects and programmes.
- Conduct urban diagnostics, feasibility studies, technical assessments, economic and financial analyses, and urban development studies.
- Support integrated urban planning, land-use planning, strategies, and master plans.
