Job Summary
Provide training to fabricators and inspect and maintain UPVC windows and doors at fabricator locations and customer sites.
Ensure service excellence, timely complaint resolution, and compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct service audit visits for UPVC product training, installation training, and complaint resolution.
- Inspect and diagnose issues in windows and doors.
- Carry out minor onsite repairs, including sash alignment and replacement, with fabricators.
- Complete service tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams for technical clarifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI or diploma qualification in mechanical, civil, or fabrication disciplines.
- 0–3 years of UPVC window and door servicing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of UPVC systems, profiles, hardware, and accessories.
- Good communication skills and customer handling abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% is preferred.
