Responsibilities
- Provide end to end guidance for Ivy League & Top 100 university admissions
- Build personalized admission strategies including academic, extracurricular, and leadership development
- Guide students in identifying their strengths, passions, and unique positioning for top tier applications
- Mentor students in crafting exceptional personal statements, supplemental essays, and narratives
- Provide detailed review and editing support for Common App / Coalition applications, letters of recommendation, activity lists and resumes
- Advise on course selection, extracurricular activities, internships, research, competitions, leadership roles, and community impact initiatives
- Create long term roadmaps for students (Grades 8–12)
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Ivy League and Top US admissions trends, acceptance benchmarks, evaluation criteria, scholarships, financial aid
- Conduct one on one counselling sessions with students and parents
- Represent the organization at seminars, webinars, and high profile events
Requirements
- Proven experience in Ivy League / Top US university admissions counselling
- Strong track record of successful placements in highly selective universities
- Deep understanding of holistic admissions and profile building
- Expertise in Common App, UCAS, OUAC, and other global platforms
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
- Strong analytical and student profiling skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with students and parents
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly driven University Admission Counsellor specializing in Ivy League and Top US Universities.
- The ideal candidate will mentor ambitious students aiming for elite institutions such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end guidance for Ivy League & Top 100 university admissions
- Build personalized admission strategies including academic, extracurricular, and leadership development

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
