Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the assigned unit, ensuring service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff, organize work schedules, monitor performance, and optimize resources to meet operational and financial targets.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams, manage client relationships, and handle issue resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report on operational metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and implement company policies and procedures across the unit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in unit, operations, or branch management within hospitality, catering, facilities, or related service industries.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
- Solid understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards; experience with ISO or HACCP frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic business and financial concepts, such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and adapt to a fast paced operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the GCC region or UAE market is an added advantage.
