Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to support operational requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop underground personnel.

Foster positive employee relations and a high-performance team environment.

Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.

Support workforce development and succession planning initiatives.

Monitor production and development targets.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with technical services, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with shift planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
