Managing and training quarry staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Monitoring and optimizing production processes to meet targets.

Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven ability to optimize production processes.

Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations.

Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Primarily underground quarry setting.

Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
