Location: Edmonds, Washington

These Part-time Weekend positions will be located in Edmonds, Washington.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols throughout assigned interior and exterior areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Deter unauthorized activity, disruptive behavior, and safety hazards through consistent, high-visibility presence.
- Provide supportive customer service to onsite residents and staff, offering assistance and information when needed.
- Follow all site-specific post orders, procedures, and APS code of conduct.
- Respond promptly to incidents; document events clearly and accurately; and communicate effectively with supervisors, onsite personnel, and law enforcement when required.
- Report incidents regularly throughout the shift utilizing professional language and grammar
- Maintain a calm, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Interact with residents in a trauma-informed, non-escalatory manner— showing patience, respect, and sensitivity to individuals who may have experienced significant hardship.
