Accessibility & Workflow Design: • Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines through ARIA roles, keyboard navigation support, and semantic HTML usage. • Design intuitive end‑to‑end UX workflows for exception flows, drilldowns, multi‑step approvals, and audit-driven interactions. • Debug complex state transitions, routing logic, and asynchronous data flow issues to ensure consistent and predictable UI behavior.
Collaboration & Documentation: • Collaborate with backend, ingestion, reporting, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality end‑to‑end workflows. • Document UI components, interaction patterns, integration contracts, and UX standards to support maintainability and future enhancements.
