UI/UX Designer — Web Experience

• Craft visually striking, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
• Design seamless user journeys that reduce friction and accelerate decision-making
• Translate brand, product, and performance goals into sharp, intuitive interfaces
• Build and evolve design systems that scale across web touchpoints
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, and product teams to launch and iterate fast
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
• Continuously optimize experiences using data, user behavior, and experimentation
• Push boundaries—bringing a sense of speed, precision, and aspiration into every interaction

• 3–4 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on web experiences
• A portfolio that demonstrates modern aesthetics + real conversion impact
• Strong command over visual design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy, motion
