Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of success in creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications and mobile apps
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure that designs are user-centered and meet user needs
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an interactive designer or UX/UI designer
- Proven track record of designing successful digital products and experiences
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, InVision and Zeplin
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
