Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Dubai.
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-focused designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
The role involves conducting user research, developing user personas, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms.
The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align design decisions with user needs and business objectives.
Additionally, fluency in Russian is required to effectively engage with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- **UI/UX Design Expertise:**
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- **User-Centered Design:**
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and creating user personas to inform design decisions.
- **Visual Design Skills:**
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Collaboration:**
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- **Language Requirement:**
- Fluency in Russian and English for effective communication with diverse, international teams and stakeholders.
- **Additional Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in energy or engineering sectors is a plus.
