Role Overview
Work on a contract basis to enhance user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms.

Job Type and Payout
- The role is a contract position.
- The stated payout is $25 to $50 per hour.
Location
- The position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design solutions.
- Conduct user research to identify insights and pain points in user flows.
- Ensure consistent design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines across products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas and rationale.
- Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
