Role Overview
Contract UI/UX Designer role focused on improving user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote position with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Compensation
- Payout is $25-$50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate interfaces for web and mobile applications using user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints alongside product and engineering teams.
- Conduct user research and identify pain points in current user flows.
- Maintain consistent design patterns and brand guidelines across products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects.
- Ability to translate research into actionable design improvements.
- HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
