Role Overview
Contract UI/UX Designer role focused on enhancing user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms.

Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role that can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation
- Contract payout is $25-$50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on web and mobile interfaces using user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design solutions.
- Conduct user research to identify insights and pain points in user flows.
- Ensure consistent design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS front-end basics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
