Responsibilities
- Work with qualitative insights, conducting user interviews and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Help build and improve quantitative insight gathering
- Collaborate closely with the UX Team Lead to align on design goals
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver viable UX solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX patterns for complex operational workflows and interconnected user journeys
- Adhere to a consistent design system, improving design cohesion across different areas
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on data and evolving business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools
- Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process
- Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user friendly interfaces
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Fluency in English

- You will help simplify highly configurable user journeys involving areas such as transport, payments, paperwork, claims, and operational logistics, transforming complexity into clear and efficient user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Work with qualitative insights, conducting user interviews and usability testing to guide your design decisions and inform future iterations.
- Help build and improve quantitative insight gathering.
- Collaborate closely with the UX Team Lead to align on design goals, ensuring they are met with precision and detail.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver viable UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX patterns that make sense for complex operational workflows and interconnected user journeys.
- Adhere to a consistent design system, improving design cohesion across different areas as the team grows.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on both data and evolving business objectives.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
- Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process, without relying on it uncritically.
- Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user friendly interfaces.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Background in designing for B2B experiences within the car industry.
- Danish, German, Italian or Dutch language skills are a plus.
