Role Overview
The role combines UI/UX design with practical front-end development for web applications, dashboards, and software platforms.
The successful candidate will transform business and technical requirements into functional, responsive, and visually polished interfaces.
Design Responsibilities
- Design web applications, dashboards, portals, and mobile-responsive interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Design data visualizations, KPI cards, charts, tables, forms, filters, and interactive dashboard components.
- Improve usability, accessibility, navigation, interaction patterns, and application experience.
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React or similar frameworks.
- Convert Figma designs and prototypes into production-ready front-end components.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and consistent design systems.
- Optimize interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaboration and Improvement
- Collaborate with backend developers, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate UI components with APIs and backend services.
- Review existing applications and continuously improve UI/UX based on feedback and business requirements.
- Use modern AI-assisted design and development tools where appropriate.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and UI/UX design principles.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Git/GitHub, and front-end/backend integration.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and usability.
- Ability to take a feature from requirements through wireframe, prototype, UI design, and front-end implementation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a portfolio showing both UI/UX design and front-end development skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy interfaces is preferred.
- Experience with engineering, AI, analytics, data centers, construction, or enterprise software platforms is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
