- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours
- Translate user insights into intuitive and effective UI/UX design concepts
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
- Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements including color schemes, typography, and graphical assets
- Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and create a positive visual impact
- Structure and organize information in a user friendly manner, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility
- Design responsive layouts that provide optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes
- Create seamless and engaging interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a digital agency or tech company
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects including web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Understanding of user centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front end development concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and passion for exceptional user experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
