- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and transform them into designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Implement UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front end frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue.js, and Node.js
- Ensure designs are responsive, optimized for various screen sizes, and compatible across all browsers and devices
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve user experience
- Improve web and mobile application performance by optimizing speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 9 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Front End Development, or similar roles
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Node.js
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and other UI/UX design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles with hands on experience in CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Flexbox, and Grid
- In depth knowledge of cross browser compatibility
- Proven experience in user centered design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research
- Strong problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Proficiency with Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 9 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Front End Development, or similar roles.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Node.js. Experience with Next.js is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and other UI/UX design tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles with hands on experience in CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Flexbox, and Grid.
- In depth knowledge of cross browser compatibility.
- Proven experience in user centered design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research.
- Ability to design websites optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Strong problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing mobile first design principles.
