- Design user centered interfaces for web, mobile, and cross platform applications
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities
- Develop intuitive navigation structures and interaction patterns that improve the overall user experience
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into practical and visually appealing design solutions
- Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and demonstrate user interactions
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and usability best practices
- Review implemented designs to maintain visual consistency and design quality
- Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and testing results to continuously improve the user experience
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and product strategy discussions with innovative design ideas

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity user interface designs
- Knowledge of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
