About the Role
LOOP is hiring a UI/UX Designer for Business Applications to design enterprise systems for ERP, CRM, and other business-critical environments. You will build and govern design systems in Figma, translate complex business logic into UX flows, and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and evolve enterprise UI systems in Figma including tokens, components, patterns, templates, and documentation
- Convert enterprise requirements into structured interface architectures and interaction models
- Establish standards for dashboards, forms, tables, and multi step workflows
- Work directly with software architects and frontend developers to ensure design feasibility
- Create high fidelity prototypes, interaction states, and structured documentation for handoff
- Conduct audits of enterprise interfaces against WCAG standards and usability heuristics
- Act as primary UX contact for client projects, facilitating workshops and managing feedback cycles

Salary
- Gross annual starting salary (full time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000.
