Role Overview
METRO BRAZIL is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.
The role focuses on web and e-commerce interface design, banners, and digital assets for a consistent storefront experience.
The designer will combine user-centred thinking with visual design skills and an understanding of Arabic-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX assets and web page layouts in Figma, including homepages, landing pages, category and product pages, navigation, and mega menus.
- Design website banners, homepage visuals, and e-commerce promotional graphics.
- Translate UI/UX concepts into polished visual assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Prepare and export designs in correct web formats, sizes, and resolutions for different devices.
- Maintain a consistent visual design system across the storefront.
- Collaborate with developers on accurate Figma handoffs, specifications, assets, and states.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality control across web and UI deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred.
Skills and Portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma with experience in UI/UX and web assets.
- Strong understanding of web design formats, platform sizing, exports, and optimization.
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and website or e-commerce banner design.
