Responsibilities
- Design and build websites and apps from wireframe to high fidelity mockup to interactive prototype using Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, or similar
- Ship live sites using design to publish tools such as Framer, Figma Sites, Webflow, or AI to code tools
- Own and evolve visual identity across K2 and its ventures, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual tone
- Design original icons, buttons, and UI assets
- Produce marketing and sales materials including brochures, one pagers, roll ups, white papers, presentations, and animated web banners
- Build and maintain professional PowerPoint templates
- Design motion content and animated web banners using Rive
- Design mobile applications end to end for iOS and Android
- Build and maintain component based design system
- Design for touchscreens and embedded displays (bonus)
Requirements
- 3+ years designing and shipping websites and mobile apps from concept to live product
- Portfolio showing real website and app work, brand systems, and marketing materials
- Strong fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Hands on experience with design to publish or design to code platform (Framer, Figma Sites, Webflow, or AI to code tools)
- Solid web fundamentals: responsive design, HTML/CSS, Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), on page SEO
- Motion for the web using Rive (After Effects or Lottie a bonus)
- Working fluency with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) used to ship
- Ability to design bilingual English and Arabic experiences including RTL layout, or strong willingness to learn
- Experience producing brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints
- Strong PowerPoint skills including template design

Role Overview
- Take a website from a blank canvas to a live, published product, and make it look as though it belongs to a group building the future.
- This role suits someone who is as comfortable shipping a live site as designing one.
What you will be doing
- Design and build our websites and apps, start to finish
- Direct the creative vision behind websites, landing pages, and campaign pages
- Take projects from wireframe to high fidelity mockup to interactive prototype using Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, or similar
- Design mobile applications end to end for iOS and Android
- Ship live sites using modern design to publish tools such as Framer, Figma Sites, Webflow, or AI to code tools
- Keep every site and app consistent and responsive across devices
- Build sites with strong Core Web Vitals, clean semantic markup, and on page SEO
- Build and maintain a component based design system
- Design motion content and animated web banners using Rive
Build the visual identity of a multi brand group
- Own and evolve a premium visual identity across K2 and its ventures
- Design original icons, buttons, and UI assets
- Produce marketing and sales materials including brochures, one pagers, roll ups, white papers, presentations, and animated web banners
- Build and maintain professional PowerPoint templates
Work to a modern standard
- Work in an AI native way using tools such as Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
- Ship AI assisted work to production ready, on brand output
- Develop sites and apps to completion with production ready assets
- Support colleagues and stakeholders across countries and brands
Design bilingually, for the region (bonus)
- Design and build in both English and Arabic, including RTL layout, typography, and composition
Produce brand assets across the Group
- Execute and produce brand identity assets across all Group concepts, both digital and physical
- Produce digital assets for social media, campaigns, launch communications, and web support
- Prepare production ready artwork for print and digital
- Maintain organised, version controlled asset libraries
Keep every brand consistent, everywhere
- Apply approved visual identity systems consistently across all deliverables
- Work directly from approved concept books and brand guidelines
- Support enforcement and maintenance of brand standards
Bonus: design for touchscreens and embedded displays
- Design UI for desktop control applications on large touchscreen displays and embedded interfaces
- Design for real world conditions including outdoor readability, touchscreen usability, high contrast environments
What you bring
- 3+ years designing and shipping websites and mobile apps from concept to live product
- Portfolio showing real website and app work, brand systems, and marketing materials
- Strong fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects a bonus
- Strong PowerPoint skills including template design
- Hands on experience with design to publish or design to code platform (Framer, Figma Sites, Webflow, or AI to code tools)
- Solid web fundamentals: responsive design, HTML/CSS, Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), on page SEO
- Familiarity with GA4 and basic A/B testing
- Motion for the web using Rive (After Effects or Lottie a bonus)
- Working fluency with AI design tools used to ship
- Ability to design bilingual English and Arabic experiences including RTL layout, or strong willingness to learn
- Experience producing brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints
- Collaborative, proactive, service minded attitude
