UI Lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a UI designer, with at least 5 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Strong knowledge of UI design principles, usability best practices, and industry standards.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
