Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem.
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Partner with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and wireframes into high-quality, functional software.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to other developers on best practices for front-end and back-end development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack, adhering to established coding standards and practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in production and non-production environments.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve application performance and developer productivity.
- Participate in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Recommended qualifications:
- 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with front-end development, particularly with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Proven experience in backend development using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Solid experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with modern development tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
