- Build and maintain reusable, scalable React JS component libraries
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, and design system specifications into pixel perfect, responsive user interfaces
- Develop responsive layouts using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile first design principles
- Create data intensive dashboards featuring charts, tables, analytics, and real time widgets using tools such as Chart.js and Recharts
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Integrate REST APIs and implement robust handling of loading, error, and empty states
- Optimize application performance through lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, and bundle size reduction techniques
- Ensure cross browser compatibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)
- Build Python based services and APIs using FastAPI or Flask
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data storage, querying, and schema design
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands on experience building production grade applications using React JS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or shadcn/ui
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, semantic markup, and web accessibility standards
- Expertise in responsive web design using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile first approaches
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous workflows
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Experience developing REST APIs using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS
- Experience developing backend services using Python with FastAPI or Flask
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled UI Engineer with strong expertise in React JS to build responsive, accessible, and high performance web applications for internal banking platforms and customer facing digital products.
- The ideal candidate will have a frontend first mindset while also possessing experience with backend development in Node.js and Python to support full stack feature delivery.
- You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, backend engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, user centric solutions that meet modern engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities Frontend Development
- Build and maintain reusable, scalable React JS component libraries.

- Participate in design reviews and contribute to UI/UX decisions.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain clean, well documented code using Git workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills Frontend (Primary Expertise)

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR).
- Data visualization expertise using Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js.
- React Native or cross platform mobile application development.
- Experience building Python data pipelines.
- Integration experience with LLMs and AI platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of LangChain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI powered applications.
- Banking, financial services, or fintech domain experience.
- Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Microfrontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real time application development.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
