Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI generated frontend code and UI implementations
- Review HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend framework outputs
- Assess usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and code quality
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI generated responses
- Test AI generated user interfaces across different scenarios and devices
- Create evaluation guidelines and quality standards for AI outputs
- Document findings, issues, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and developers
- Support prompt refinement and AI model evaluation activities
- Stay updated on frontend technologies, UI trends, and AI development tools
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development principles
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user experience best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Ability to review code and explain technical issues clearly
- Good written communication and documentation skills
- Interest in AI technologies and generative AI applications
- Experience with frontend development, UI testing, or AI evaluation is beneficial
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- This role is for a UI Engineer – AI Trainer responsible for improving AI generated user interface solutions through evaluation, testing, and frontend expertise.
- You will help train and refine AI systems by reviewing UI related outputs, validating design and code quality, and providing structured feedback to improve AI performance.
- The role involves testing AI generated UI components, reviewing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementations, documenting findings, and helping develop evaluation guidelines.
