Position Overview
Real Time Consulting is seeking systems and software engineers for Unmanned Aircraft Systems projects.
The role supports engineering activities across embedded systems and software development.
Potential Engineering Activities
- Develop systems and software requirements.
- Perform system design and software development.
- Integrate systems and software or hardware and software components.
- Verify systems and software.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Required Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical, computer, or aerospace engineering.
- At least 5 years of embedded systems and/or software experience.
- At least 2 years of Unmanned Aircraft Systems project experience.
- Experience in requirements, design or development, integration, or verification activities.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C++, Python, Perl, C#, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior R&D experience and rapid prototyping experience.
