Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 0–2 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
