Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying reports, stock reports, and management trackers, ensuring timeliness and data accuracy.

Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and other approved systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between buying locations, workshops, preparation facilities, and sales locations, ensuring seamless logistics.

Ensure compliance with company policies by maintaining organized records, protecting confidential information, and escalating issues like missing approvals or reporting variances promptly.

Support the Buying Manager in administrative functions and report preparation, ensuring documentation and system records are precise and audit-ready.

Follow up on cleaning, servicing, and preparation status of vehicles to ensure readiness for sales.

Proven expertise in buying or purchasing coordination.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software.

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven work experience as a buying or purchase coordinator or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with additional advantage if experienced in SAP.

Strong attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met, combined with good communication and interpersonal skills.
