About the Role
Napster is looking for an Account Manager based in the UAE to own and grow client relationships across the region. You will drive revenue through upsells and renewals, conduct in-person meetings, and partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and broader Gulf region
- Drive revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and expansion opportunities within your book of business
- Conduct in person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations across the UAE
- Partner closely with partnerships, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales team on net new pipeline
- Maintain accurate account records, pipeline forecasts, and activity logs in CRM
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken)
- Based in the UAE with ability to meet clients in person across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and surrounding markets
- 3+ years of account management, client success, or B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or AI powered SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self starter who can operate with autonomy in a remote first, global team

- Napster is building across consumer, B2B, hardware, and API with Microsoft Azure.
- We're looking for an Account Manager based in the UAE to own and grow our presence across the region.
- This is a boots on the ground role involving face to face client relationships.
What you'll own
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and broader Gulf region.

Who you are
