About the role

  • Napster is building across consumer, B2B, hardware, and API with Microsoft Azure.
  • We're looking for an Account Manager based in the UAE to own and grow our presence across the region.
  • This is a boots on the ground role involving face to face client relationships.

What you'll own

  • Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and broader Gulf region.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct in person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations across the UAE.
  • Partner closely with partnerships, product, and marketing teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate account records, pipeline forecasts, and activity logs in CRM.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Napster's AI platform.

Who you are

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken).
  • Based in the UAE with ability to meet clients in person across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and surrounding markets.
  • 3+ years of account management, client success, or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or AI powered SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self starter who can operate with autonomy in a remote first, global team.
