- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Liaise with the accounts team to follow up on any outstanding fees
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing schedules

- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- 1 year of sales experience (required)
- ERP System experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
