Position Overview
The position is Typist / Transaction Processing Officer in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role handles UAE government, visa, immigration, and company-related transactions for multiple companies.
Responsibilities
- Process applications through ICP, Immigration/GDRFA, and other relevant government portals.
- Handle new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, amendments, and related applications.
- Prepare, verify, and submit documents and follow up on pending, rejected, or incomplete applications.
- Coordinate with customers, company representatives, PROs, and departments.
- Maintain transaction records, protect confidential information, and meet completion deadlines.
- Support other government-related transactions handled by the transaction company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in a typing center, PRO services, government transactions, or a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of ICP, Immigration/GDRFA, UAE visa processes, and employment visa procedures.
- Experience handling transactions for multiple companies and knowledge of UAE government portals.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, independent working ability, and deadline management.
- Good English communication and customer-service skills.
- Arabic is an advantage.
