Responsibilities
- Prepare, type, and submit applications through UAE government portals
- Process employment visas, residence visas, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments
- Handle labor and immigration documentation through MOHRE, ICP, and other relevant government systems
- Coordinate company licensing, renewals, amendments, and related regulatory requirements
- Liaise with government authorities and departments to ensure timely approvals and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all applications, transactions, and official documents
- Draft professional correspondence, letters, and reports in English
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
- Provide administrative support and assist with company documentation requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of UAE experience as a Typist, PRO, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures
- Experience handling visa processing, labor documentation, and company related government transactions
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong typing speed and computer proficiency
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- UAE driving license (Required)
