Job Summary
Typing Centre Executive (Typist) role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports immigration, visa, Emirates ID, and government documentation services.
Immediate joiners are requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UAE immigration and labour processes for family and company visas, including new applications and renewals.
- Manage walk-in customers and provide accurate information and support.
- Perform Emirates ID typing and other government documentation procedures.
- Follow up regularly with customers regarding pending processes or updates.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with general administrative support as required.
- Stay up to date with changes in UAE government regulations and procedures.
- Learn new systems and continuously improve service quality.
- Work extra hours when required to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a UAE typing centre field.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
