- Operate UAE government portals including GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP, Emirates ID, and related systems.
- Prepare, type, and submit applications accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation requirements and application updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a UAE Typing Center or Visa Processing role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures.
- Experience working with GDRFA, MOHRE, and ICP portals.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- English proficiency required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Typing Center Executive / Visa Processing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of UAE experience in visa processing, document typing, and handling government portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employment, visit, family, and residence visas.
