Responsibilities
- Lead and execute production level development and refactoring efforts in TypeScript, Python, Rust, and Go codebases
- Drive or support codebase migrations, rewrites, and modernization projects across multiple language ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to produce, evaluate, and refine human data for AI training
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, including clean code, maintainability, and thorough documentation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges spanning TypeScript, Python, Rust, and Go stacks
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to maintain high standards of code quality
Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript with production level development experience
- Strong expertise in Python, including refactoring and migrating codebases
- Familiarity with Rust or Go, with ability to contribute to multi language projects
- Experience with clean code practices, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple programming languages
- Prior experience in software development, testing, or related technical roles

Role Overview
- Role: Typescript Software Engineer (Remote)
- Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
- Payout: $30 $100 per hour
- Contractor basis for a client building AI training data
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute production level development and refactoring in TypeScript, Python, Rust, and Go
