Role Overview
Joseph Gallagher Ltd is recruiting experienced Tunnelling Supervisors for a large-scale underground infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees underground construction activities and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
About Joseph Gallagher
Joseph Gallagher is a UK-based civil engineering and tunnelling subcontractor with international experience in trenchless and non-disruptive construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise tunnelling crews and daily underground activities.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure personnel understand safe work requirements.
- Coordinate excavation and support operations and maintain construction quality standards.
- Liaise with engineers, foremen, and project management teams.
- Motivate the workforce and support efficiency, productivity, and project-target achievement.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience supervising NATM/SCL tunnelling operations.
- Strong understanding of underground construction methods.
