  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of mechanics based on the work required to be completed for the day.
  • Inspect, diagnose and repair equipment with regards to the engine and all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose and repair after treatment system.
  • Complete Preventable maintenance of the entire fleet as per company policy.
  • Complete annual safety inspections and repairs of the entire fleet.
  • Inspect, oversee and sign off on the quality of work performed by the team.
  • Source and order parts from suppliers that are required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and keep stock of shop inventory.
  • Must has a valid active 310T license.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years experience working as a 310T mechanic.
  • Has knowledge of Detroit, Cummins, and Hino engines and after treatment systems.
  • Has experience in diagnostic of Freightliner and Hino trucks.
  • Health and Dental Insurance.
  • Fuel Subsidy.
  • Brand New Facility.
