Purpose
Coordinate information about Milaha services and third-party-operated vessel loading.
Ensure shipments align with commitments made to customers.
Internal Communication
- Coordinate with Container Shipping Operations and Liner Operations.
- Coordinate with the Container Shipping Sales, Commercial, Agencies, and Pricing teams.
- Coordinate with the Container Shipping Manager.
External Communication
- Communicate with customers and third-party shipping agencies regarding loading.
- Maintain close coordination with agents regarding customer requirements.
Occupational Health and Safety
- Take full responsibility for work-related actions and decisions.
- Adhere to established safety procedures, training, and instructions.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Halt work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
