The Trim/CNC/Boots Lead is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily activities within Secondary Operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency expectations are met.
This is a working lead position that provides day-to-day direction, training, and support to team members while actively performing production duties.
The Lead serves as a primary point of contact on the floor and communicates production needs, employee concerns, quality issues, equipment problems, and other operational concerns to the Production Supervisor.

The Trim/CNC/Boots Lead provides daily work direction and training but does not independently make final decisions regarding hiring, termination, disciplinary action, compensation, or other employment matters.
Employee performance, attendance, conduct, or safety concerns should be documented and promptly communicated to the Production Supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
in Trim, CNC, Boots, Secondary Operations, or a similar manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Previous lead or training experience preferred.
This position works in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to temperature changes, heat, cold, noise, dust, moving equipment, machinery, and other manufacturing-related conditions.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, handling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Appropriate PPE must be worn as required.
