Patient and Treatment Coordination
- Manage patient enquiries and explain treatment options, schedules, financial arrangements, and care-plan steps.
- Liaise with dentists and clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
- Organize appointments and follow up with patients to support treatment acceptance and continuity.
- Prepare treatment plans and coordinate payment plans or insurance documentation.
- Handle consent forms and support reception duties as needed.
