PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced Treasury who will be responsible for managing treasury activities for the Corporate Office and all PIPECARE subsidiaries, including cash flow planning, bank facilities, multi-currency fund management, foreign exchange exposure monitoring, hedging proposals, fixed deposit decisions, and treasury reporting for a multinational and multi-currency business environment. Key Responsibilities & Authorities: Manage bank controls, including daily cash flow management and liquidity monitoring. Manage organizational funds, including multi-currency fund planning, advisory support, and proper utilization of funds across all territories. Issue, monitor, and plan company guarantees, including performance bonds and payment guarantees, as required. Monitor and update the daily bank position and manage bank balances across all territories. Manage multi-currency exposures and prepare weekly and monthly foreign exchange proposals, including currency conversion recommendations, rate comparisons, and approval documentation. Evaluate foreign exchange exposure and prepare hedging proposals, including forward contracts and other suitable treasury instruments, for management decision and approval. Prepare fixed deposit proposals for surplus funds, compare bank rates and terms, and recommend fixed deposit decisions that balance return, liquidity, and risk. Review the daily collection report and update the Group Finance Director and CFO on any upcoming shortages or required actions. Update the daily payments report for the Group Finance Manager to support cash flow updates. Arrange, renew, monitor, and track bank facilities to ensure adequate funding support for operations and projects. Liaise with banks and maintain strong banking relationships for PIPECARE group entities. Review weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on unreconciled items promptly. Ensure accounting and treasury transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with professional codes of practice, applicable accounting standards, and service level agreements. Manage payments and Accounts Payable activities effectively. Manage intercompany payments, loans, settlements, and transfer pricing-related funding arrangements in coordination with Finance and Tax teams. Track intercompany loans, renewal dates, interest terms, and repayment schedules, ensuring that renewals, settlements, and loan closures are completed on time. Ensure proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Arrange funds for regional accounts to process payments within the agreed timelines and escalate any bottlenecks to the CFO and Group Finance Director. Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting treasury-related account transactions accurately. Periodically review UN sanctions and banking compliance requirements as part of corporate treasury compliance. Perform other treasury and finance duties as assigned by the CFO or Finance Director. Skills/Experience: The successful candidate Should have hands-on experience in cash flow planning, bank facility management, bank guarantees, letters of credit (LCs), trust receipts, liquidity monitoring, bank reconciliations, intercompany funding, and banking relationship management. The role requires strong experience in multi-currency cash and fund management. The preferred candidate should have a finance or accounting background, relevant treasury experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and practical knowledge of ERP systems. UAE experience and familiarity with insurance, the Wage Protection System (WPS), and payroll-related treasury coordination would be an added advantage. Education & Professional Certification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Professional qualification is optional, such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a contracting company.
Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of IFRS.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Soft Skills Strong communication skills and good English proficiency.
