Qualifications and Skills

• Requires a graduate degree completed within the last two years or in progress in a quantitative discipline or an MBA.
• Requires at least three years of post-undergraduate work experience with increasing responsibilities in a related field.
• Requires strong numeracy and comfort with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and hedging.
• Requires understanding of financial markets, instruments, financial engineering, bank products, pricing, transfer pricing, and regulatory environments.
• Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and independent-thinking skills.
• Requires technical proficiency with tools including Bloomberg, SQL, Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, R, Python, or other relevant systems.
• CFA, CPA, FRM, and similar professional designations are considered assets.

Program Timing

• The program lasts two years, with rotations changing every six months.
• Candidates must graduate before the Summer 2027 start date, excluding convocation.
