Responsibilities
- Execute domestic and cross border payments, including foreign exchange transactions
- Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, funding requirements, and cash forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
- Support bank and investment account administration, including reconciliations, KYC, and signatory management
- Prepare treasury reporting and management information, and support month end, quarter end, and audit activities
- Monitor investment portfolios and support compliance with Treasury Investment Policy
- Contribute to treasury projects, transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1 3 years of treasury, finance, cash management, or related experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, Power BI, Lookups)

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Treasury team to carry out global treasury operations processes and support strategic projects.
- This role will report to the Treasury Manager within the PL Re Financial Management & Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute domestic and cross border payments, including foreign exchange (FX) transactions, in accordance with treasury policies, controls, and delegated authorities.
- Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, funding requirements, and short and long term cash forecasting across multiple entities, bank accounts, and currencies.
- Support bank and investment account administration, including reconciliations, KYC requirements, signatory management, and treasury documentation.
- Prepare treasury reporting and management information, including cash, liquidity, investment, and banking metrics, and support month end, quarter end, and audit activities.
- Monitor investment portfolios and support compliance with Treasury Investment Policy and approved investment guidelines.
- Contribute to treasury projects, transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 3 years of treasury, finance, cash management, or related experience within a large, complex organization; professional designation (CTP, CFA, CPA) or progress toward one is an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, time zones, and levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, Power BI, Lookups), combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Compensation Range
- Salary Range: CAD 65,970 CAD 76,965
